Life Bringing Doula's Nutrition Class is designed to nourish both body and mind as you prepare for a healthy pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. Whether you're newly pregnant or well into your second or third trimester, this class offers essential guidance on how to support your body—and your baby—through mindful nutrition and early feeding choices.

We believe that food is a powerful tool for wellness during pregnancy, and that understanding your nutritional needs can lead to more energy, fewer discomforts, and a smoother postpartum recovery. This class is also a gentle introduction to breastfeeding, giving you foundational knowledge and confidence as you prepare to nourish your baby.

 

In this class, you’ll learn:

 

  • Key nutrients needed during pregnancy and how to get them through real, accessible food
  • How to manage common pregnancy symptoms like nausea, fatigue, and constipation through nutrition
  • How your nutritional needs shift in the 3rd trimester and postpartum
  • The connection between nutrition and milk production
  • Breastfeeding basics: what to expect in the first few days, how to support milk supply, and how partners can help
  • Foods that support recovery and lactation in the early postpartum period
